Talis Park Continues to Attract Homebuyers in 2016
From its inception, developer Kitson & Partners’ vision for Talis Park in North Naples has been focused on creating residential product choices, amenities, and a lifestyle that eschew the traditional country club model while offering residents an opportunity to come as they are and enjoy life on their own terms. Homebuyers have embraced Kitson’s vision and continued to make Talis Park one of Southwest Florida’s most coveted communities in 2016.
The year was marked by 109 lot sales and 57 new home sales worth $84.5 million. Sales, since Kitson introduced Talis Park in 2011, now total in excess of $400 million. Two neighborhoods within Talis Park sold out in 2016 and two new neighborhoods were introduced. Furnished model residences in every product category made their debut in 2016 and additional models are under construction. A total of 97 new homes were completed in 2016 and 109 are currently under construction. With 624 residents expected at build out, Talis Park is now home to 194 residents.
“This past year marked the first full year our residents were able to enjoy Talis Park’s Vyne House clubhouse,” said Talis Park’s COO Milton Flinn. “After opening in December 2015, the clubhouse quickly became the epicenter for socializing, dining, fitness and relaxing within the community, and it continues to offer a place for residents to connect and spend time with one another. It is a special place and our staff has provided a tier one level of service since the day the clubhouse opened and our residents genuinely appreciate that.”
Vyne House was named recipient of the Collier Building Industry Association’s 2016 Sand Dollar Awards for Best Clubhouse Exterior and Best Clubhouse Interior Design. Talis Park also won 2016 Sand Dollar Awards for Best Landscaping, Best Website, and Best Television Commercial. The Lee Building Industry Association presented Talis Park with 2016 Pinnacle Awards for Best Website, Best Social Media Campaign, Best Television Commercial, Best Magazine Ad, Best Newspaper Ad, and Best Overall Marketing Campaign. Vyne House also won First Place and Best of Show honors in the New Construction/Private Club category in Golf Inc.’s 2016 Clubhouse of the Year competition.
Talis Park’s Gold Pass Program affords interested homebuyers an opportunity to experience the community’s amenities and lifestyle. The Gold Pass allows the holder to enjoy member status and access to amenities throughout the community for two consecutive days. One round of golf is offered to the cardholder at the member guest rate, scheduled by the membership director and subject to availability.
In addition to Vyne House, one of just two Greg Norman-Pete Dye designed golf courses, and a three-acre Sports Complex completed in late 2015 that includes lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, bocce ball courts, a two-lane lap pool, and a children’s playground, Kitson expanded Talis Park’s amenities in 2016 by transforming the community’s Casa Cortese that offers an outdoor lounge experience adjacent to Talis Park’s driving range into a sports center with a pool table, shuffle board, darts, and a high-tech golf simulator used for both indoor instruction and indoor practice.
A core element of Kitson’s development philosophy at Talis Park has been the notion that choice matters, both in terms of how residents use the community’s amenities and in its residential product offering. In addition to penthouse-style, maintenance-free condominiums, In the Village single-family detached villas close to the community’s amenity core, luxurious In the Park single-family homes with preserve and golf course vistas, and grand estate residences with unobstructed multiple fairway and water views, Kitson expanded Talis Park’s product offering in 2016 to include resort-style coach homes and a collection of terrace homes that offer the possibility of enjoying a lock-and-leave Naples pied-a-terre.
The south-facing Coach Homes at Corsica overlook Talis Park’s park-like views. The residences are situated adjacent to the community’s Sports Complex.
