Members of Grey Oaks enjoy 54 holes of championship golf. The first two of three courses were designed by Lloyd Clifton and have been completed. Each course is distinctive and provides several sets of tees to accommodate players of all skill levels. The Pine Course features rolling berms, pine hammocks and dramatic elevation changes.

The Palm Course features a tiered rock waterfall, island greens, meandering lagoons, and white sand beaches. The Estuary course was designed to the same discriminating standards by Bob Cupp.

Available social memberships include the use of all tennis, swim, fitness, clubhouse facilities as well as  golf privileges from May through October. Residents may own their own golf cart.
