Located in Estero, Shadow Wood is the finest of the four communities within The Brooks, the award-winning master-planned community by The Bonita Bay Group. Shadow Wood Country Club and The Commons Club are now owned by and under the exclusive control of its members.
Shadow Wood offers members 3 diverse, championship golf courses, each designated as an Audubon International Cooperative Sanctuary. The Shadow Wood golf program offers over 200 annual events including outings for men, ladies, couples, guest days, neighborhood outings, state tournaments and more!
NORTH COURSE: Designed by award-winning golf course architect Robert Cupp, and renovated by Rees Jones in 2017, the North Course features mounding, undulating fairways that overlook expansive lakes and scenic nature preserves.
SOUTH COURSE: Also designed by award-winning architect Robert Cupp, the South Course is more open and forgiving, with large landing areas and several distinctive water features.
PRESERVE COURSE: Designed by renowned golf course architect Arthur Hills, the Preserve Course winds around and through natural wild and wooded areas of undisturbed wetlands and marshes that are rich with native oaks, pines, sabal palms, palmettos and other native vegetation.
