Windstar on Naples Bay is Naples’ only gated golf community with a private deep-water marina with direct access to Naples Bay and the Gulf.

WINDSTAR’S LOCATION AND NEIGHBORS
The Naples Bay neighborhoods, across from Port Royal and Royal Harbor, have been undergoing a major transformation during the last few years. Developers now believe the best development opportunity is as close to Olde Naples, Fifth Avenue South, and Third Street South as possible, which means to the south and particularly to the Naples Bay waterfront corridor because of its direct, bridge-free, boat access to Haldeman Creek, Naples Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Windstar On Naples Bay is at the center of this Naples Bay waterfront corridor. Along this corridor, millions of dollars are being invested. First and most important is the 160-acre Naples Botanical Garden within two
blocks of Windstar on Naples Bay. In October of 2014 the master plan implementation was completed with the opening the the Chabraja Visitor Center including Kathryn’s Garden, Irma’s Garden, LaGrippe Orchid Garden, Kapnick Hall, Berger Shop in the Garden and the Fogg Café. Today the Garden welcomes over 220,000 visitors per year to experience themed gardens that represent the culture and flora of the tropics.
Windstar’s good neighbor, Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club, is another a very welcome addition to this dynamic area. The community of Windstar on Naples Bay is just 7 minutes by car and one mile by boat into Old Naples, Fifth Avenue South, and Third Street South. This proximity gives Windstar one of the best of Naples, living on the bay and being a stone’s throw from some of country’s best shopping and dining.

GOLF
Windstar on Naples Bay is an impeccably maintained 18-hole Tom Fazio designed championship golf course. The course layout features 5 sets of tees offering a challenge to match players of all skill levels. There are weekly golfing events for Men, Ladies, Ladies 9 Hole players and Couples in competitive as well as social settings and annual major championships that are open to all Windstar on Naples Bay golf members. As one of the premier private golf courses in Naples, FL, the golf events at Windstar on Naples Bay are very well attended and have proven to be a very successful means of making new acquaintances. The golf calendar is designed to accommodate those wishing to test their skills in a competitive atmosphere as well as satisfy those desiring a relaxing non competitive round of golf scheduled at their leisure. The official season is kicked off in early November and runs through late April. The summer months offer the opportunity to diversify your experience at a multitude of reciprocating golf and country clubs in the Southwest Florida area through our Summer Reciprocal Golf program.

SOUTH POINTE YACHT CLUB AND MARINA
A Private Yacht Basin located within Windstar on Naples Bay. Windstar on Naples Bay is nestled along 2 miles of Naples Bay eastern shore and Haldeman Creek frontage. By land, Windstar is just seven minutes to Old Naples and by sea just one mile across the Bay to Naples Dock and Marina where world class shopping and dining awaits. To the west there is immediate access to Gordon Pass into the Gulf of Mexico along the Port Royal corridor or to a southbound inland waterway passage to Keewaydin Island and Marco Island. Southpointe Yacht Club is a 72 slip deep water yacht basin. Boat slips are available for sale or lease and allows you access to the pool and common area. Boat slipsrange in size from 33 feet to 72 feet with a 5 feet mean low tide.

KEEWAYDIN BEACH AND SHUTTLE
Take a 30-minute journey on the Keewaydin Queen boat shuttle through the Rookery Bay Reserve to the private beach on Keewaydin Island. Beach shuttle services are offered to Windstar owners and members only.

DINING
Windstar On Naples Bay offers waterfront dining with both formal and casual fare in a variety of breathtaking bayside venues. The Bayside Dining Room hosts most of the member dinners and events and has a coastal casual vibe. Catch the sunset daily at The Sunset Bar and Lounge where you can grab a cocktail and mingle with your friends. Feel the sea breeze through the screened in second floor dining area, The Veranda. When you dine on The Veranda you can not only see the boats go by but you can hear all the sounds of a Florida lifestyle.

TENNIS & PICKLEBALL
Windstar On Naples Bay has 6 Har-Tru Tennis courts with two lighted courts for evening play. Many visitors from other Clubs describe it as one of the best facilities in the Naples area.
